It is possible to import existing contacts into your Provely live conversion campaign from a .csv file.
Your csv file can have the following columns and the date in the timestamp field has to be in the YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS format. E.g. 2022-04-06 11:07:05 .
Only the "email" column is required. The rest are all optional. For example if you only have the email, first_name, and timestamp. That would also work.
The columns have to be named the same as in the example below. E.g. firstname will not work. Only first_name will work.
1. Click the contacts icon on your Live conversion notification.
2. Then click on "Import Contacts".
3. Select a .csv file from your computer to import it.
